Did you know that Outsourcing is a two way street? You can be a service provider and outsource your gifts and talents to others to make money and, you can hire the services of others to help you to service you own clients. Any small home based business owner can do this and make money doing it if, you know the tricks and where to get the best people to work with you.

I want to share something with you… please don’t tell my friend, mentor and client Jeff Mills that I outsourced work which he asked ME to do. Yes I did. Just in the past week.

As you may know by now, I’ve been working with Jeff on his latest and best product to date, Outsource Secrets Revealed. You can read more about OSR HERE and on some of my earlier blog posts below. I have known Jeff for about a year and a half now and I have helped him with other projects like the Midwest Super Conference that Jeff hosted last year here in the Minneapolis area.

A few months back Jeff wanted to know if I would be interested in working with him on more projects, kinda his project manager. We talked about it and I decided to do that but as contractor and he would “outsource” my services to his business.

So I have been watching and learning from Jeff Mills the “master” outsourcer for several months now.

So what is THE secret that I am revealing to you here? Well, as we got close to the launch of Jeff’s Outsource Secrets Revealed product he needed some more images for sales banners for the affiliate marketing center. The guy that worked on most of the website images got really busy and Jeff wanted me to help get some banners made so… not being that good at Photoshop and not having much time… I outsourced the work to Constantine who lives in Romania. I found him on Rentacoder last year and he does really nice work and FAST.

So you see it is kinda like what they do in big business, brick and mortar places, stores and office buildings full of folks that are helping the owners get the work done. I am not a big business but, learning and watching Jeff Mills taught me that I too can Work Less and Make More by outsourcing projects and tasks to others.

You can do this too in fact, you should if you are really trying to create a business and not just run a part-time hobby.
