Jeff Mills’ Outsource Workshop #4 Starts February 7th

Next weekend, February 7-8th my friend and business partner Jeff Mills is holding his fourth Outsource Workshop in Bloomington, Minnesota. I will again be one of the workshop presenters teaching attendees what I have learned as Jeff’s Project Manager.

I will provide information about how people can build a team of outsourcers to work for you to build your business and do the work that you can’t or don’t want to learn to do yourself. I’ll take you inside the team management tools that I use to manage and track our projects.
