- Image via Wikipedia
It has taken about a week but I think I have my WhoIsHenry.com website rebuilt to the way I want it. I have added some new features to make it more visitor friendly including the ability to subscribe to my RSS Feed at Feedburner, now managed by Google, by just entering your current email address. Once a day you will receive an email with the content of my recent post(s), if I posted new content in the past day.
Now I want to find out what you my subscribers and visitors want to learn from me. As you may already know, I have over 16 years of background working with computers, computer networks and the Internet. I built my first websites back in 1994 and created the first website for my local bank in 1995. For the past two years I have worked full-time in my own business operating from my home, Caribou Coffee and Panera Bread (love FREE WiFi).
In November of 2009 I completely rebuilt my Web Hosting business, Missionsprings.net on the Hostgator.com system when I joined them as a reseller of their hosting services. My focus is building and hosting WordPress CMS (Content Management Systems) websites for my customers. If you are in need of excellent website hosting and support or, you need an easy to build and maintain website, please take a few minutes to visit www.missionsprings.net
As a mentioned above, I want to find out what you wish to learn from me. Please take a couple minutes to post a comment below and tell me what areas of online marketing technology are giving you the most trouble or what you need to learn to more your business forward in 2010.

What is Your Primary Web Site Marketing Objective?
Oct 14th
Frequently small business owners spend hard earned cash for a web site and they get little return on the investment.
The first step in designing or redesigning your web site is to clarify the goals you want the web site to achieve. What is the purpose of your web site? What do you want your web site to do?
One of the goals of your web site should be to attract the attention of your target market. Most small business web sites fail to do this. Typically, these web sites are filled with information on the firm’s services, products and credentials.
These types of web sites do little to attract new customers, simply because they are “me” oriented. In other words, they don’t offer what the customer is looking for.
Most users of the Web are searching for information and solutions to problems. If your web site doesn’t provide easily found solutions the customer will quickly leave for other options.
Is your target market searching for the content you have on your web site?
Many small businesses have web sites in order to establish credibility. The mere presence of a web site is not going to convince prospects you can help them. To establish trust you need to demonstrate your expertise and qualifications.
One method for establishing credibility is by featuring testimonials. Comments from others are perceived with greater credibility than descriptions of your features and benefits. This will help differentiate your business from the competition.
What are you doing to differentiate your web site and build credibility?
Generating leads is one of the most important objectives for a small business web site. If people come to your web site for solutions, you want as many of them as possible to contact you.
It is also desirable for your web site to differentiate people who are not ready to buy from people who are ready to make a purchase.
Visitors to you web site need to be given direction and incentives.
Does your web site prompt people to supply contact information and contact you? Is there motivation for them to give you their contact information?
Of course the most important goal of your web site should be to help make you money. If you sell services and products it should be easy for prospects to find them, along with comprehensive information about each product.
Ideally, you will want individual sell pages for each product or service. Again, you will want the content to discuss solutions to customers’ problems.
Is your web site helping you sell more of your products and services?
It is your customers’ problems that maintains your business. You need both customer problems and solutions to keep your business operating.
Customer problems are the fuel that provides the power to your marketing engine. Fueling your marketing engine requires a constant focus on customer problems. The better you can address customer problems the more powerful your marketing engine.
What are the concerns of your target market? What problems do they have that you can solve? What problems do they want solved?
Prospects want to see themselves and their concerns clearly identified in order to feel confident that you understand their needs. Don’t start talking about features and benefits until you have identified the problems that the prospects want to solved.
Switch to using your prospects problems as the core to your marketing message and you’ll be amazed at how quickly your marketing will accelerate your business.

Henry Griner is Speaking at the Jeff Mills Outsource Workshop in Minnesota This Weekend
Jun 28th
In 2006 I found Jeff Mills when I was searching for Podcasting information to put audio files of our pastor’s sermons on the church website. Jeff is kinda strange as an Internet Marketer, he WANTS people to find him, not just be a nameless or faceless website owner.
Because Jeff Mills want people to find him, he not only puts his name and face on his websites, he even uses his name as the domain name for his website.
When I found Jeff’s website for podcasting I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and found his real phone number and home address which I was surprised to see that he lived here in Minnesota, only about 1 1/2 hours drive South of my home. So, I dialed that phone number, talked to Jeff… yeah, he really answered his own phone and we made an appointment to meet in about a week.
That was the beginning of the beginning for me. In 2006 I attended Jeff’s first Midwest Internet Marketing Super Conference. In 2007, Jeff asked me to help run his next Midwest Internet Marketing Super Conference.
In late 2007 Jeff wanted to meet with me, and asked me to help him take his business to the next level as his Project Manager. On March 1, 2008 I began working as one of Jeff’s outsource resources as his Project Manager.
Since March I’ve traveled with Jeff to three conferences in Phoenix, Atlanta and Las Vegas. Jeff was a speaker at two of these events.
This weekend, June 28-29, I’m speaking at my first Internet Marketing event the Jeff Mills Outsource Secrets Revealed Workshop. I’m speaking about the tools and systems of Internet Marketing Technology that makes it possible for online marketers to make thousands of dollars each month and live a lifestyle that many only dream about.
Along with Jeff a couple other friends of mine who are speaking here are Steve Renner and Reed Floren. Below is a short video of Reed presenting at this mornings session.
I’ll be posting a few more videos here over the weekend. Please check back… I may have someone reveal a secret or two that can make you money.

Henry Griner Says, Meet Me In Las Vegas
Jun 11th
Next week Jeff Mills and I will be going to Las Vegas were Jeff will be speaking at Carl Galetti’s Internet Marketing Super Conference. This is Carl’s 10th year anniversary doing this annual conference. You maybe didn’t even know that the Internet was around back in 1999 when Carl held his first conference.
The conference will be at the Mirage Hotel but Jeff and I will be staying at the Wyndham which is one of the properties we have access to using our membership with Global Resorts Network. We will be staying there for five nights and paying about the cost that most will pay for a single nights stay at the Jockey Club. That is just one of the many benifits of membership in GRN.
We will be in Las Vegas from June 18-23. If you live in the area, plan to visit Las Vegas then or attend Carl’s conference, be sure to email me and look us up. I would love to meet you and do some networking together (in the shade) by the pool.
If you want information about how you can save up to 75% on your next stay at a 4 or 5 Star luxury resort, stop over at my Hot Global Resorts website and check out the Global Resorts Network.
