About Henry

My mission is to help local business owners to understand and apply the Best Practices for Online Marketing to their businesses and leverage the tools of Online Technology to successfully promote their businesses on the Internet.

For the past 16 plus years I have worked in Information Technology as a technology consultant and Information Technology Manager. I got started on the Internet in about 1992 using a Tandy computer and chatting with folks around the world in text mode only.

In 1994 I started to learn to create web pages using Notepad and Netscape at a local college that I attended where I was taking a business administration course. Within three months I was asked to teach classes in the continuing education department of the college. No one else on staff at that time had the knowledge of the Internet that I had. A couple months later, I was asked to teach my Internet classes at another Twin Cities area college.

In late 2005 my wife Leslie and I decided that it was time to start our own home based consulting business. After spending so many years helping others to find solutions to their technology and Internet needs, we decided that it was time for me to put my skills to use and build our own business.

I started out like many who try to learn how Internet Marketing works and how to make money from home. I attended conferences, seminars and purchased lots of products looking for those tools and systems that would make money. I found that promoting products as an affiliate for others was the easiest and quickest way to make money. The only problem was that few products made me excited to be involved with.

Besides attending conferences I’ve spoken at several around the county with my friend and business associate Jeff Mills. I also help lead his video production crews for his conferences and conferences for his clients.

In 2009 I joined my local Elk River Chamber of Commerce and began to focus on helping existing businesses to build new websites and provide consulting services to them in all areas of Internet marketing technology. My target client base is now local business owners who need help to promote their products and services using the Internet.
